Our 48 Hour Return Policy...

At the time the puppy leaves are home it is considered to be in good health and free of any communicable diseases, apparent wounds, injuries, or congenital defects.

Buyer has 3 days from the purchase and/or delivery date to have the Puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian (Buyer will pay all veterinarian fees). If the Puppy fails the examination, the Buyer, with a written statement from the veterinarian, may immediately return the Puppy to the Seller for a full refund. Failure to have the Puppy examined within the above time limit will nullify this warranty and you accept the Puppy “as is”.

MTD Kennel knows that planning ahead for a new Puppy is essential for all new Puppy owners. However, sometimes the best planning is met with unforeseen circumstances, (i.e.: an existing pet cannot accept the new puppy). For cases such as these, MTD Kennel has a responsible “Puppy Return Policy”.

Our 48-hour Return Policy states that within 48-hours of the purchase of a MTD Kennel Puppy, MTD Kennel will gladly refund a customer’s money less an administration fee of $75.00. All returns are subject to MTD Kennel's approval.

Bringing a puppy back is emotionally hard on the pet owner and disorienting to both the Puppy being returned and the other Puppies within the kennel. The policy’s administration fee is in place to discourage impulse sales and “rent-a-pet” purchases.

Any refund will be made by check within 10 days, minus the $75 administration fee.

If any Puppy returned shows signs of any kind of abuse, illness or neglect, no refund will be issued, and you will be responsible for any veterinarian care necessary due to abuse, illness or neglect.
