The undersigned Buyer hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions on the purchase of a Puppy:
Upon receipt of the deposit the puppy will be reserved and marked as "Reserved" on our website. The $100.00 deposit is non-refundable. Purchaser understands he/she will forfeit (lose) his/her deposit if the total amount due is not paid by the time the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age. If the buyer has not paid the remaining balance by the due date, MTD Kennel reserves the right to resell the puppy without further notice. It is the buyers responsibility to make the payment in a timely manner. Puppies can be picked up at 8 weeks of age if the puppy is healthy and eating on its own. If the Buyer cannot pick up the puppy at 8 weeks of age, the Buyer will be required to pay and additional $25.00 per weeks boarding fee. If the Buyer places a deposit on a certain puppy and then decides later that they no longer want the puppy, we will NOT refund the deposit. The Buyer may however, change their mind on which puppy they want if there are other puppies available. MTD Kennel will not be responsible for any veterinarian's bill or other bills the Buyer may incur after the purchase date of the puppy. MTD Kennel reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the deposit if we learn of any reason why the Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy. (i.e. Buyer is found to be an animal abuser, violent person, representative of a Pet Store or a pharmaceutical research lab, etc.) There are no refunds on deposits, unless otherwise stated here in writing. Failure of the Buyer to complete this purchase would subject the Seller to lost opportunities to sell the puppy to another Buyer and retention of the deposit is meant to compensate the Seller for his possible loss. This deposit signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the purchase of the puppy.
